Consent to the Processing of Personal Data for Marketing Purposes and Sending Commercial Communications
pursuant to Article 4(11) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR)
By this document, as the subject of personal data, you give consent to the company Gustav Schuh, with its registered office at Na Hrázi 3336/63, 67181 Znojmo, ID: 88074277 (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller"), to send commercial communications offering our products and services and other information about the Controller, using all means, including electronic communication methods pursuant to Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, as amended, and, if you provide your telephone number, also via telephone calls, which may be recorded. Your personal data will be processed by the Controller for the purposes of this consent in the scope of: name, surname, email, IP address, and, if provided, your telephone number.
Your personal data under this consent will be processed by the Controller for a period of 5 years or until your consent is withdrawn, primarily by their collection, transfer, storage, analysis, evaluation, inclusion in the marketing database, and possibly also structuring or profiling.
We inform you that, as the subject of personal data, you have the right to:
- withdraw your consent at any time, for example, by sending an email or letter to the Controller's registered office address,
- request information from the Controller about the specific personal data we are processing,
- request an explanation from the Controller regarding the processing of personal data,
- request access to these data from the Controller and have them updated or corrected,
- request the Controller to delete your personal data,
- in case of doubt about compliance with obligations related to personal data processing, contact the Controller or the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
